As we prepare for our regional chorus competition in April 2022, we have benefitted from the generosity of various Sweet Adelines’ luminaries that have come to coach us. Ryan Heller, Dale Syverson, Kim Vaughn, and Lea Beverley have each provided us with invaluable insights that have helped us continually improve our performances. We are immensely grateful!
Over the last year, Verdugo Hills Chorus has been unable to meet in person, but during this time, we have continued to learn music on our own and rehearse virtually. We meet each week via Zoom, and the technology exists (FINALLY) for us to sing together in real time over the internet.
One of our accomplishments this past year is the creation of a Virtual Chorus video. We’re awfully proud of it. We hope you enjoy watching it.

Verdugo Hills Chorus is delighted and proud to announce that--along with the wonderful Jen Zucker--our Master Director, Tammy Ragsdale, was awarded Sequoia Pacifica Region 11’s most prestigious honor: the Noteworthy Award. That award is presented in appreciation and gratitude for distinguished service that makes a difference to the advancement and excellence of singers in the Region. In the history of Region 11, there have been only 38 recipients of the award.
